Chris' brother, Steve, got a huge deer over the weekend (Friday or Saturday). It has 11 points and almost a 20 inch spread. The taxidermist has the head and has given a date of Nov of 2009 for delivery. Chris went to see Steve today and came back with a huge piece of tenderloin! I've put quite a few packages of venison in the freezer and look forward to trying some soon with some biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy.
